When using a promotional code on your order, please make sure that the expiration date has not expired and that there are no spaces at any point in time before, within, or after the code.
In addition, percentage-based promotional codes (e.g., 10% off your order) do not apply to items that have already been discounted due to other sales or clearance.

1. Within 60 days of purchase, send an email to returns@healthsnap.ca with the subject line ” RETURNS” stating the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
2. Pack the item(s) to be returned in a box (preferably the original box); and Affix a return shipping label to the box.
3. visibly write “RETURNS” and the order confirmation number (sent in the order confirmation email) on the box in permanent ink; and drop off the correctly packaged and labeled box at the designated address.
4. Once the return is received at the Vitasupply warehouse, our employees will inspect it to determine if the returned merchandise is in a saleable condition or if it is returnable;.
5. After our employee inspects the return, an email will be sent to the customer authorizing or rejecting the return;.
6. if the return is accepted, Vitasupply will refund the customer within a few weeks in the same manner as the original purchase (i.e., if you used a credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card).
Refunds usually take about two to three weeks.
